I had a Katskins leather front and back seats recovered. Thought I had a ride to go home and wait but it wasnβt happening at the lat day. I called Brazos valley Brandy answered and said it would take the best part of the day and was checking to see if she could get me a loaner at the last minute. Didnβt hear from them till the next day of the installation so I was unsure if they had a loaner car available took a little time. The owner George came out and said he wasnβt sure if it would be available or not. Pete the installer came out and help me get a few item I left in the way into the bed of my truck and stated the install. Said it would be be ready close to end of day. So while I was waiting Brandy comes in and ask me if I would like to use there rental car. Ofcourse I said yes 15 minutes and I was out the door. Was called about 2:45 pm that my truck was ready. I was pleasantly surprised so I go down to pick it up look in my bed where all my in the way junk was put and it was all gone go inside and get paperwork settled and get keys to look at the new leather on my seats it look better then factory great job everybody at Brazos Valley especially Pete and Brandy. Great job. Ins

I ordered a Ranch camper shell from Brazos Valley. They did the installation and the experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after installation, I discovered the windows were stuck and not functioning properly. I took it back to them and they use a knife to get all 3 windows opened . One of the workers told me he was aware of the issue with the front window during installation, and yet nothing was done to correct it. Whatβs most frustrating is the lack of accountability and refusal to verify this was a manufacture defect and told me to spray silicone on the windows. Today I contacted Ranch customer service to see what could be done and they are going to get me into another Ranch dealer in Arlington. A warranty should mean something, especially when the problem was known from the beginning. Instead of standing behind their work, I was left dealing with unresolved issues and poor customer service. I expected professionalism, communication, and support after the installation, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this business to ask detailed questions about their warranty policies and get everything

I've been having an issue with my system for years, and it never really bothered me enough, until it finally did. I stopped at this place and Chris Simmons attended me even though he was pretty busy. He took his time to explain all the possibilities that were causing the issue with my distorted sound. He recommended a filter for my RCA wires. It worked perfectly. Thank you so much for taking time of your busy day to help me!! The price for the filter was awesome! It didn't cost me an arm and a leg like some other placed try ripping you off with! I felt that my need was greater and more important to him than what they could make out of my bank account. Thank you for being a place honest and humble. You don't find that much anymore in today's society or places of business!

This is about my time with Brazos Valley Auto Concepts. I found them online, and they had good reviews. When I called, they seemed nice and asked me to bring my car in. They said they would look at it to see if they could fix it. But after I went there in person, things changed. They didn't call me back. They didn't tell me if they could still help me. I really wanted them to work on my car because of their good reviews. When I met them, they said they could do great work and knew what was wrong with my car. When I called them, and they answered, they would ask me for information, like they were going to do the work or check what needed to be done. But after that, I never heard back from them. I waited a week. Actually, I waited a few days and then called them. They didn't really give me an answer. I called again and left a message, but they still didn't call back. I waited for three weeks and still haven't heard from them. They haven't called, texted, or told me what they could do for my car. I had to go somewhere else to get my car fixed. I hope no one else has the same experience as me. I thought they would do good work, but something changed after I met them. Maybe they wer
